By using ZoxReel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You may only use ZoxReel to transform your own voice. You must have the legal right to any audio you process through the platform.

Recording or processing another person's voice without their explicit consent is prohibited. This includes colleagues, friends, public figures, and private individuals.

Impersonation of real people — including celebrities, public figures, politicians, or private individuals — is strictly prohibited.

You may not use ZoxReel to create content that deceives viewers into believing someone other than you is speaking, except for clearly labeled fictional or parody content permitted by law.

In the current version, all voice profiles and recordings are stored locally in your browser. We do not upload voice data to our servers.

You are responsible for backing up your content. Deleting browser data will permanently remove your profiles and recordings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to use ZoxReel to:

• Create fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or deceive others
• Circumvent plan limits through automated abuse or fraud

ZoxReelis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free exports.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or content you create, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
