ZoxReel("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and creation tools.

We designed ZoxReel so creators can record and export without handing over raw voice recordings to our infrastructure. Most sensitive data never leaves your device.

In the current version, all voice profiles and recordings are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. We do not upload, store, or process your voice data on our servers.

You can delete your data at any time by clearing your browser storage or deleting profiles within the app. We recommend exporting finished videos before clearing site data.

We request camera and microphone access only when you start recording or create a voice profile. Your browser displays a native permission prompt — we never access your devices without your explicit consent.

You can revoke permissions in your browser settings at any time. Revoking access may limit recording features until permission is granted again.

If you accept optional cookies in our cookie banner, we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how our site is used — for example, which pages are visited or which features are popular.

No voice data is included in analytics. Analytics never receives recordings, transcripts, or voice profile content.

We use localStorage for theme preferences, cookie consent, voice profiles, editor settings, and plan preferences. These values help the product remember your choices between visits.
